Ms. Priscilla Nalitolea Mng'anya

Ms. Priscilla is the gender specialist at PERF. She has over 23 years of working experience in the field of Gender and Development and currently managing the Gender and HIV Mainstreaming at TACAIDS (Tanzania Commission for AIDS).

Her main areas of expertise and focus include Agriculture and Food Security, Gender and Globalization, Poverty and HIV/AIDS, Environment and Natural Resource Management, Media and Communication. She has written extensively in these areas and her work has been published and some reproduced in several publications.

Priscilla worked with the Women and Development Southern Africa Awareness (WIDSAA), a gender programme of the Southern Africa Research and Development Centre (SARDC) as a senior Research writer and Review Editor. She has reviewed several institutional publications and provide advice on quality of information and other Gender related issues.

She has extensive experience in applying participatory methods in Research and mainstreaming gender in various development sectors.
