Mr. Peter Edward Xavery

Peter is a socio-economist with over 40 years of experience in agricultural economics research for development. He possesses an MSc in Community Economic Development from the Open University of Tanzania in 2014; a B. A in Development Studies from Kimmage Center for Development in Ireland and a Diploma in Crop Science from Uyole Training Institute, Tanzania. He worked with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, carrying out socio-economic and market surveys, participatory approaches diagnostics in plant breeding, and data analysis using different packages including SPSS and STATA. Also, training of other staff and farmers in value chain, business skills, etc.
