Ms. Mponela Augustino Mduda is an accountant with 8 years’ experience working in various organizations.
She is a graduate of Tumaini University-Makumira (Arusha), Tanzania where she did her Bachelor of Business Administration and Accountancy degree graduating in 2017. She also holds a Diploma in Business Administration & Human Resource Management (2013) from St. John University, Dodoma - Tanzania and is currently enrolled with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) - Intermediate level.
Mduda has good communication skills, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet.)

· Executive customer service (July 2021 – January 2022) at Neptune Ngorongoro Lodge – Arusha
· Accountant (April 2019 – April 2021) at Fides Tanzania (a flower farm)
· And as an Internal Auditor at the Tanzania Plant Health and Pesticides Authority (TPHPA) from December 2017 to April 2019)
